Although the nectar season is over, the bees in the hive cannot reduce the moisture of honey to the desired level. This leads to deterioration of the honey and lowers its economic value, and because of long rainy season bees consume honey in the hive and so the honey yield per hive reduces in the region. The present study covers mechanically lowering of moisture of frame honey with high moisture in the hive by modeling bee. Air speed over honeycombs was within the interval of 1 m/s to 5 m/s, air temperature was set up at 35 °C and 40 °C, and the gap between the frames was adjusted to provide airflow. The moisture levels of the honey were observed to increase according to early harvesting day. As a result of the experiments, the maximum drying time was measured as 700 minutes.
